1. License to Use
Permission is granted to temporarily use the PDF tools and educational materials on AGSS Tools for personal, non-commercial, or professional productivity. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website.
- Use the tools for any malicious or illegal file processing.
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server without permission.
2. Content Processing & Privacy
User documents are processed automatically. While AGSS Tools provides the infrastructure for file conversion, we do not claim ownership of any files you upload. All files are temporary and are automatically purged from our systems within 60 minutes to ensure your privacy.
3. Accuracy of Articles
The educational articles and technical guides appearing on AGSS Tools are for informational purposes only. AGSS Tools does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on the website at any time without notice.
4. Limitations
In no event shall AGSS Tools or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools on AGSS Tools' website, even if AGSS Tools has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
